What is Twixmas?
Twixmas is the quieter period between Christmas and New Year. At Cleveleymere, it usually works best as a 2-night break from 28–30 December, although some gaps may be shaped differently where that makes a better stay.
Which festive lodges are dog friendly?
Dog-friendly lodges include Boat House, Huntsman’s Harbour, Herons Harbour, Badgers Harbour and Fins Log Cabin. Tree House, Light House Harbour and Otters Harbour are not dog-friendly.
Which lodges have hot tubs?
Boat House has an electric hot tub, Light House Harbour has an electric hot tub, and Huntsman’s Harbour has a wood-fired hot tub available as an add-on. Availability and pricing should be checked before booking.
Can we fish during a festive stay?
Fishing is currently included for lodge-staying guests, but all anglers must follow the lake rules and hold a valid rod licence. Winter fishing depends on weather, safety and lake conditions.
Do the lodges come decorated for Christmas?
Seasonal touches can vary by lodge and year. If decorations are important to your stay, ask before booking so we can confirm what is planned for your dates.
