3rd Time we have visited this idilic location we love it its so relaxing and beautiful already booked for October. The weather was not the best but we loved our time here. This time we visited Lancaster great little shopping place and holds some good local pubs

Stayed 2 nights in The Boat House (22 & 23 March). Excellent reception by the staff, introduced us to the resident chickens & ducks and then onto our lodge which was were warm & cosy as the weather was a but rubbish on arrival. Also very clean & tidy. Was nice overlooking the lake, slightly raining and cold in the comfort of the lodge.

I had booked a very last minute stay in the Fin Lodge and it was perfect! We stayed for two nights and took advantage of all the services on offer, going out on the boats and biking around the lake to the fire pits, we loved every minute. Amazing staff, called Roger a couple of time for general enquiries and he was so helpful, as was Lewis, very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be returning in the summer!
